There has been a tremendous progress in the field of science and technology during the past few years. This has enabled man to know more accurately the natural phenomena and unfold many of the riddles, which were impossible to decipher in the past. But more than 14 centuries ago when the scientific knowledge of man was so limited, the Quran explained, with remarkable precision and accuracy, many natural phenomena and made many predictions which man has now started appreciating with his enhanced knowledge. This clearly proves the truth and greatness of the Book of Allah. It is, therefore, in our interest to study different scientific fields using the modern technology so that we are equipped with sufficient knowledge to study the Quran perceptively and find out what wealth of knowledge is given in the Book of Allah.
The Quran is a source of knowledge, which is multidimensional and all-comprehensive. The biological and physical facts of the Universe described by the Quran could be studied better if we acquire sufficient modern scientific knowledge. During the study of the Quran, when a person finds that the scientific description of the Universe and other biological phenomena are provided beyond any doubt, then an unbiased person should not have any hesitation to accept the rest of the teachings of the Quran.
It is the duty of all Muslims to acquire modern scientific knowledge including management, computer and other sciences, to understand and appreciate the teachings of Islam.
