Shariah Courses through Correspondence

Institute of Shariah Correspondence has been set up under the aegis of College of Shariah in order to conduct correspondent courses for those people who cannot get regular education due to domestic engagements and other preoccupations. Following different courses are being offered.

Diploma in Shariah

This is one year three-semester course with each semester spread over three months. Every person of any educational background can take it up. Its fee is Rs 700. The course contents are:

1. Quran and Hadith
2. Jurisprudence
3. Mysticism
4. 'Dawat-o-Islah'

Inter in Shariah

This is a two-year course of six semesters with each semester spread of 4 months. The student is required to write one assignment each month. A matriculation pass person can take up this course and its fee is Rs 1500. The contents are:

1. The Holy Quran
2. Hadith
3. Jurisprudence
4. Sira of the Holy Prophet (saw)
5. Mysticism
6. 'Dawat-o-Islah'

Degree in Shariah

This is also a two-year course of six semesters with each semester spread of 4 months. The student is required to write one assignment each month. An intermediate pass person can take up this course and its fee is Rs 2000. The contents are the same as at inter stage.

Master in Shariah

This is a two-year course of six semesters with each semester spread of 4 months. The student is required to write one assignment each month. A grade person can take up this course and its fee is Rs 3000. The contents are:

1. Translation and principles of interpretation
2. Hadith and principles of Hadith
3. Sira and History of Islam
4. Jurisprudence and principles of jurisprudence
5. Mysticism and Comparative study of Religions
6. Modern Thoughts

Irfan-ul-Quran Course

This is a two-year course of six semesters with each semester spread of 4 months. The student is required to write one assignment each month. A middle pass person can take admission in this course and its fee is Rs 1000. The contents are:

1. Qawaid-ul-Quran
2. Meanings of the Quranic words
3. From Al-Fatiha to Al-Aniam
4. Al-Aaraf to al-Kahf
5. Maryam to al-Fatir
6. Yaseen to an-Naas

Irfan-ul-Hadith Course

This is a two-year course of six semesters with each semester spread of 4 months. The student is required to write one assignment each month. A middle pass person can take up this course. However a matriculate will be preferred. Its fee is Rs 1000.

Instructions

1. Registration of every course is Rs 100, which is to be paid at the time of registration of every course.
2. The fee of every course should be paid in two equal installments.
3. An admission will be considered valid only after payment of complete registration fee and first installment of course fee. The fee is acceptable directly, via money order or bank draft.
4. Candidate will be responsible to purchase his books. Institute will only dispatch prospectus, syllabus, instructions and assignment.
5. The Institute will be responsible for the dispatch of audio speeches of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri in the last semester of each course in addition to notes of Principles of Hadtih in the first semester of Irfan-ul-Hadith, and Qawad-ul-Quran and meanings of the Quranic words in first two semesters of Irfan-ul-Quran plus the collection of selected Hadith at Degree and Master in Shariah levels.
